Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MoldMind LLC, which provides the Jobwinch service (“we”), handles information on jobwinch.com and in the service we provide to HVAC and plumbing contractors.

Visitors to this website

• When you check your area, we collect what you enter: trade, ZIP codes, business name, phone and email, and whether you ticked the optional texting box. We use it to answer you, to set up the call, and to tell you if a taken area frees up.
• When you book a call, the booking tool collects your name, email and the time you pick.
• We keep basic server logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the site (for example, rate limits).
• We don't sell your personal information.

Texting

• Mobile numbers and texting opt-in information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
• We text you only if you opted in or texted us first. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Details are in our SMS Terms.
• We keep records of opt-ins and opt-outs for at least 4 years, as proof of consent.

Our clients' customers

When a contractor uses Jobwinch, calls, texts and forms from their customers run through our app. The contractor decides what is collected and is responsible for it; we process it on their behalf only to provide the service.

• Service providers that process it for us, only to run the service: Telnyx (calls, texts and voicemail transcription), Anthropic (the automated assistant and lead summaries), Supabase and Vercel (database and hosting), Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (billing, for contractors only), Resend (email) and Google (ads and Business Profile). They may not use it for their own marketing.
• Call recordings and voicemails are stored privately and shown only to the contractor.
• When a contractor leaves, we export their data on request within 30 days and then delete our copies, except records the law requires us to keep (such as texting consent records).

Security

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people who need it. We will tell affected clients without undue delay if a breach affects their data.

Your choices

Email support@jobwinch.com to see, correct or delete information we hold about you. If we hold it for a contractor, we'll pass your request to them.
